A March from the State Capitol to Central Presbyterian Church
Sunday, March 8, 2-4 pm
Rabbi Spilker will be one of the featured speakers.

Please join us as we gather in Minnesota to march in solidarity with those gathered in Selma to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the march from Selma to Montgomery. We gather to celebrate the work of Martin Luther King Jr and countless others that fought for desegregation, voter rights and civil rights. We gather to re-commit to new levels of action for justice, specifically related to failures and disparities in law enforcement, voting rights, education, employment, criminal justice and economic well-being.

2:00 p.m. Gathering at the State Capitol
2:20 p.m. March begins
3:00 p.m. Program at Central Presbyterian Church in downtown Saint Paul that includes Dr. Barbara Holmes, Rabbi Adam Spilker, spoken word artist Joe Davis and local religious and civic leaders with music by Larry Long, Tonia Hughes and Cameron Wright.

We march in solidarity with Selma and we recommit to work to address unacceptable disparities and institutionalized racism in our communities. Click here for more information about the event, and to register.
