Envisioning our Future – Kivvun La’Atid: Mount Zion 2040

On June 13, 2023, our Board of Directors passed Mount Zion’s new vision and strategic plan. With gratitude and joy, the vote was unanimous and was followed with ‏singing the shehecheyanu prayer.

Over the past months, we have listened to every comment and suggestion. This process has led to hundreds of changes in the document. We kept a careful eye on consistency and believe that the result is a strong document that will guide our coming years with direction and purpose.

This summer an Implementation Task Force will be assembled to talk about next steps. In the meantime, enjoy!
