Come join us for a 15 minute talk on the brain (or body), plus 40 minutes of Ageless Grace chair exercise. Ageless Grace – 21 Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease – is done seated and to music, and is based on movements which are natural and come with ease. Designed for all ages and abilities, these exercises are especially good for people 55+. No equipment is necessary; come as you are and be prepared to have fun. We look forward to seeing you there!
