We honor Dr. Jerry Brakke’s 36 years of service as Mount Zion’s pianist and organist.
Jerry’s role in our community’s musical life has been inestimable. From 1982 to this past May, he has adorned our Shabbat, High Holy Day, and Festival services and added beauty to b’nei mitzvah, wedding, and funeral services.
Please honor his enduring contribution to Mount Zion’s worship by joining us for services. Kol Tzion, Shir Chants, and our professional quartet will sing a musical tribute to Jerry, and after services, a festive oneg will be held in his honor.
