What is Mussar?
Welcome to Mussar, an authentic, Jewish spiritual pathway of personal transformation through joyful study, practice, and small group learning. For centuries, Mussar has helped people apply Jewish wisdom to everyday life and the values that shape our behavior. Within a facilitated small group setting that is safe, supportive, meaningful, and collaborative, practitioners explore Jewish teachings on humility, patience, honor and other character traits while discovering how to develop these qualities in our own lives.

About the Facilitators
Mandy and Michael have been Mount Zion congregants since 1995. They have practiced Mussar with the same va’ad since 2014, and they recently completed Twin Cities Mussar’s facilitation training.
