Please join us for a fun, easy, casual group.
We will meet four times during the next two months. Every time a different member of the group will teach us how to make his favorite recipe of his childhood. We will meet on Sundays at 4:00 pm. Will advertise the list of ingredients you need each time.

Past Group Events
At the first event, we are going to make Shai Avny’s mom Meatballs. It is healthy tender meatballs and will be your new favorite dish. I promise!

1. one pound of ground boneless skinless chicken thighs
2. two carrots
3. one big potato
4. two onions
5. one small Zucchini
6. one spoon of a spice calls Ras El Chanot ( if you don’t have it I will be able happy to give you some, I have a lot).
7. salt, black pepper, turmeric, Paprika,
8. two-three eggs
9. one package of cilantro
10. half package of parsley
11. two cups canola oil for cooking
12. Wide and large pan
13. Bread crumbs
