Mussar

New Mussar Groups!
For both first time learners and those returning to the practice.

What is Mussar?
Mussar is a timeless Jewish spiritual pathway of personal growth and transformation. Rooted in joyful study, daily practice, and the power of small-group learning, Mussar helps us bring Jewish wisdom into the heart and relevance of everyday living. In a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative va’ad (learning group), you’ll explore teachings on humility, patience, honor, and other soul-traits—while discovering how to nurture and strengthen these qualities in your own life. For centuries, Mussar has guided people to live with greater awareness, integrity, and heart. Come add your voice to this living tradition. Attendance is central for our va’ad learning. Please plan to attend at least 90% of the sessions.

New to Mussar? Go to livingmussar.org to complete an interest form and receive registration information.
Returning participants should contact their facilitator to secure a spot.

Scholarships available.
