Kate Tucker Sicher

Executive Director

Kate Tucker Sicher joined Mount Zion Temple in January 2024. As the Executive Director, she is responsible for sustaining and nurturing relationships with congregants and the community and managing the fiscal and operational needs of the congregation. She is the fourth generation of her family to be active in the Mount Zion community.

Kate has been in nonprofit fundraising and operations for 15+ years. She’s worked at the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Artspace Projects/The Cowles Center, Lake Country School, and the Walker Art Center.

Kate has a master’s degree in art history from the University of St. Thomas. She focused her studies on the intersection between patrons and artists to build more vibrant communities. Kate also holds a bachelor’s degree in English and writing.

Kate enjoys scouting the latest restaurants in the Twin Cities and attending concerts and art events. She’s an avid pop culture consumer. Kate lives in Edina with her husband Greg, two children, Emmie and Lewis, and dog Zelda.
