Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator provides a wide variety of administrative and general office services for Mount Zion, including supporting the Executive Director, Religious School Director, and the Director of Congregational Engagement. This position also supports the temple President and Board of Directors and all temple committees. Kelly has been Mount Zion’s Administrative Coordinator since January 2020. Kelly brings over 8 years of experience in administrative support positions, most recently with Ecolab where she was Senior Administrative Assistant to the VP of Global Sales. Kelly describes herself as: “I am an administrative professional and my specialty is helping others be proactive, provide them with solutions, and help them save time. I do this by looking at processes and identify opportunities to use my skills to collaborate with other members of the team in an intuitive way.” Kelly lives in Blaine with her husband Ryan and two sons Jason and Andrew.
